This hotel exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and small kitchenette. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the check-in process was convenient at any time. The location was ideal, being only a 5-minute walk from the main station and a 20-30 minutes walk to the city center. Additionally, the hotel offered great facilities including a large TV and a coffee machine in the room.

The apartment had a small kitchenette with cooking utensils, which was great for preparing our own meals. the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. the location was close to the rail station, making it convenient for transportation. the Wi-Fi was reliable and the windows in the apartment allowed plenty of natural light.
The apartment could have been cleaner, as there was some dust inside. the shower didn't drain properly and didn't have a curtain or door, causing water to splash out during use.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to Brussels Midi train station, making it easy to travel around the city. It is also in close proximity to the tourist area of Brussels, allowing guests to explore the city easily. the hotel offers good WiFi and clean rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.

Our stay at Appart'City was great! The location, just a short walk from the railway station, made it so convenient to explore other cities. The room was clean and well-equipped with a kitchenette, which was a nice bonus. The staff at reception were always helpful and provided us with a bottle opener when we needed it. Plus, the presence of a police station nearby gave us a sense of security.
Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a proper light on the bathroom mirror and the absence of blinds or curtains to block out external light, these were relatively insignificant compared to the overall positive experience.

Spacious room with a big bathroom and lovely shower. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The bed was very comfortable. Great location, just a 5-minute walk from Brussel Midi station.

The hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are equipped with a mini kitchen that has all the necessary utensils, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. The location is convenient, being close to the Brussels Midi metro stop and within walking distance from the train station. Despite being situated in a not very nice area outside of the tourist spots, the hotel itself has good facilities, including breakfast.
No improvements needed, everything was fine.
